Project 1: Application development on UF membranes in oil and water separation..

- Modified a cleaning process for UF membranes with respect to feed stream.

- Examined UF membranes sustainability against various cleaning agents.

- Developed SOP for oil & water separation application.

- Analysis of product samples for testing like BOD, COD, TSS, TDS, pH,SVI, etc Project 2: Application development of UF membranes for recirculation of paint and increases paint concentration.

- To identify process & system that client required.

- Developed a cleaning process for UF membrane to reduce cost of replacement of filters.

- Installation of a pilot plant at client site.

- Analysis of product samples for testing like BOD, COD, TSS, TDS, pH,SVI, etc Project 3: Application development of UF –RO membranes for drinking water.

- Maintenance of product at home place as well as site (spiral recovery, maintenance with chemicals).

- Development of cleaning cycles for different membranes according to their stability.
