Update Chassis Number, Engine Number, Vessel Name, Invoice Number, ETD & ETA in Kerridge system.
Download of Shipment Details from Kerridge system and send to operation department on prior arrival of shipment.
Correspondence and regular follow-up with shipping company and insurance company, if/any changes in vessel, transshipment or cancellation of vessel.
Arrange original invoices according details in Bill of Lading and other documents like Commercial invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Consolidated invoice, Model Year Certificate, GCC Certificate of each models, Public authority certificate, Chassis start number certificate are handover to operation department for clearance.
Preparation of reserve letter is sent to shipping company and insurance company on prior arrival of vessel.
Check Kerridge system for report of vessel before handing over documents to operations.
Prepare Memos to Finance Department, Operations etc.
Allot Quotations to the customers.
Prepare and send order specifications of the vehicle to the salesman as required.
Reserve the order for customer in system (kerridge) as required for fleet deals.
Update of the status of every vehicle data in system.
