Presentation of 3d concept design to the customers, freeze the design at customer point, 3d part Modeling, Assembly and Detailing, customer support, documentation of daily status reports, quality assurance dept’s and customer’s final qualification of the project. The principle modeling done with CATIAV5.
Description
As per customer requirement we have designed an air leak testing machine, it contains an adapter for filling the air in to component without leaking. And from top the pneumatic cylinder press for sealing and clamps at the fixture to hold the component. For assembling the machine which consist few parts like Grill, Centering, Panel board, lights etc.
