United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School – Fort Bragg, NC 2018 – Present

Program Manager

Oversaw the master planning, construction, modernization, facility management, and maintenance of over 300 Facilities (3.32 million sq ft) across four locations under a $410M budget. Held full responsibility for leading and training a team of 22+ on operations. Rose to the workplace challenges to offer expert advise to support all levels from staff to C-level executives to achieve time-sensitive goals. Met with senior leadership to create, manage, track and evaluate goals and milestones. Makes recommendations for resources management and resolving challenges for resolution of problem sets. Creates, monitors and reviews project statuses, processes and systems for the program and associated projects. Includes training and mentoring others in required processes. Creates and follows established policy’s, procedures and directives as necessary to ensure projects are successful. Communicates through briefings, reports and other updating processes to senior leadership program and project progress or challenges. Communicates recommendations for course or resource changes.

United States Army Central – Camp Arifjan, Kuwait 2015 – 2018

Program Manager

Presided over multi-million-dollar operations and programs and 2,000+ engineers. Represented the Engineer Director for all engineer operations and construction management. Liaised between senior management and C-level executives to communicate updates and further optimize performance/efficiency on all levels. Led continuous initiatives that required in-depth planning, follow up, and leadership.

Key Accomplishments:

Expertly partnered with C-level initiatives to analyze and drive continuous improvement initiatives while homing in on quality and on-time delivery during high periods of growth.

Spearheaded developments for the $1B construction management effort across multiple venues.

Selected as Deputy Engineer Forward during a key transition period. In spite of transition challenges, seamlessly led and directed 85+ personnel and an over $300M construction management project.

Resolved a design dispute to avoid anti-deficiency act investigations.

Co-led the effort to bring on a Contingency District to manage an estimated $300M in construction projects in Iraq and Syria. Brought on board a new, first ever Engineer Team and led project planning through to implementation.

Seamlessly took charge of the in-progress Construction Effect section: Designed and established processes that decreased level inspection issues and resulted in zero potential hazardous events.

Devised and launched communication venues to allow regular updates and position engineers for success.

Supervised a $23M construction management project that required rearchitecting a remote location.

Pinpointed systematic issues to create a Basing Working Group that oversaw space/resource management .

Canadian Armed Forces – Kingston, Ontario Canada 2013 – 2015

Plans and Operations Officer

Held a strategic role as Director of Operations remaining highly in tune with ongoing operations both at home and abroad to present latest updates to senior leadership and train incoming personnel. Planned, coordinated, and led operational plans/exercises for Canadian operations and NATO exercises.

Key Accomplishments:

Served as member of the team for OP Philippines (disaster relief) and OP Napal and Deputy Commander for NEO Operations, leading all the national and international exercises and operations on high readiness.

Led Canadian exercise to validate NATO requirements and the Crisis Response Planning Exercise.

Awarded the Canadian Commanders Accommodation Award for missions completed.

United States Army – Fort Bliss, TX 2010 – 2013

Operations Officer

Managed and led a team of over 3,100. Coordinated operations across Texas from conception through to completion. Arose to consecutive challenges to meet current demands for synchronized tactical operations and conflict resolution—strategically pushed teams to achieve goals in a timely, proficient manner. Partnered with/reported to police, military, and international organizations/agencies.

Coordinated and synchronized operations for an international task force including eight diverse companies, a Jordanian Task Force, and over 1000 Coalition soldiers.
