It is not a secret that after my PhD in Project Management, I plan to start a career first as a Project Engineer. My desire is to build a team of Scientists from the upcoming generation that can come up with scientific ideas that can be used to solve problems here in Botswana. Research is something some if not most of my fellow country man have reduced to nothing but mere reading. My desire is to build a people who can turn ideas into practical things that can be scaled and leveraged.

After completion of my master’s degree, I hope to be able to take part in maximizing my efforts on research and technology in the benefit of my country’s economy and the enhancement of the living standards of my compatriots. I believe in my abilities, and I always push my own limits to achieve the zenith. I am a firm believer that there is no substitute to hard work. It will be an opportunity for me to improvise and brush up my talents to stand tall in this world of fierce competition, so I will surely give more of my time to this work.
