Responsibilities:
Prepare necessary solutions,reagents media required for sample analysis
Prepare and analyze samples
Perform microbial limit tests on raw materials,in-process samples and finished products to determine compliance to the specification
Ensure compliance to Good Lab Practices, and good house keeping
Identify and summit all samples requiring external analytical/microbiological
Identify any non conforming product, communicating this information to the relevant stakeholders and assist in determining the root cause and corrective action for the non conformance

Examine surfaces before and after maintenance of factory machines and cleaning of production lines
Monitor classified clean floors during manufacturing operations and routine modes for the presence of viable and non viable particulates
Accurately record observations and data and interprete results
