Experience:

July 2019 – Present: Cobra Tedagua Contracting Administrator/ Human Resources Site Coordinator Duqm Integrated Power and Water Project: I used Microsoft office word to draft authority’s letters. Excel sheets to prepare reports, project Payment Certificates, Timesheet and BOQ. Projects Outline:

As Site Coordinator:

- Logistics Management for the site, transportation, lunch, Materials.

- Operation Management for the site to make sure that everything going smoothly. As Human Resources:

- Logistics Management for the employees

- Managing employees ‘inquires on business and training traveling as per policy.

- Build strong relationship with government entities and demonstrates basic knowledge to ensure all approvals require finalized on time (i.e. ROP Approvals, Civil Defense Approvals, and SEZAD Approvals)

- Following up the rotation plans of all employees as per the contract agreement. - Monitoring the timing for the bus drivers starting the work and leaving.

- Gathering all Hard and soft copies of each employee in the folder

- Create the suitable rotation plan for local employees as per the Omani Labor Law.

- Ensures that people policies are always in compliance and updated.

- Work on enhancing systems and experience through automation and digitalization solutions. As Administrator:

- Ensure that related document/s are filed in each employee’s personal file folder such as promotion, transfer, warning letter, appreciation letter, salary increase, etc.

- file renewed ID card, residence visa and passport copies, etc.

- Prepared all employees documents from Visa Application till their accommodations.

- Coordinating the Cars distribution on the site Engineers. As Site Technical Support:

- Prepare and follow up the Permits Approval till we get it from Authorities.

- Prepare and follow up the Civil Defence Approvals.

- Taking professional photos and videos for the site documentary. Apr 2014 – May 2019 Hoehler+alSalmy LLC Draftsman / Documents Controller I used Microsoft Word to prepare transmittals and official letters, Microsoft Excel to manage the documents as well as Acconex website to control the company’s project documents. I also used AutoCAD to fix the title block for several projects and traffic plans, followed by using Muscat Municipality application to upload and follow up with approvals. Feb 2014 – Apr 2014 Hoehler+Partner LLC Assistant Draftsman Using Auto CAD to draw sections and elevations for the Salam Square and Gallery project. Projects Outline:

As Draftsman:

Prepared all Sections, Elevations and Traffic Plans for the Salam Square and Gallery project.

- Prepared Traffic Plans for Garmin Embassy and Audi Terminal Showroom projects.

- Assisted the Architects to modify, print, and prepare the project plans for submission by capitalizing on my 5 years of work experience using Auto CAD.

- Prepared, submitted and followed up with Authority applications. As Documents Controller:

- Received numerous documents from Contractors, Clients, Engineers and Project Managers and circulate accordingly.

- Logged all documents in an Excel Sheet in order to be able to be recovered as of when needed at any stage of the project to know the status of the element.

- Classified all elements by different departments for easy access followed by simultaneously distribute them to the relevant departments to check and process accordingly. This is to minimize the duration time of the document.

- Checked the log and marked all overdue and outstanding documents on a weekly basis followed by sending reminders to avoid any delays of any documents which will affect the overall project completion date-ultimately providing a cost saving element for the client.

- Filled all documents, some of which include, letters, shop drawings, material submissions, method of statement, variations and invoices as per the departments to produce a full library of all incoming and outgoing documents.

- Prepared monthly reports by printing the monthly documents log, compile full site visits reports with photos, as well as summarize the minuets of meeting to include as a summary of the progress report. Wrote letters for projects and Authorities. This allowed the Project Managers to work in other items which improved my skills in management, writing and organization as this was done for a three months fast track “Crowne Plaza, Muscat hotel” project.

This was successfully accomplished for majority of the projects in the company some of which include but not limited to: Al Bashayer Meat Company Salalah, Al Baleed Resort Salalah, GUtech Accommodation Building 4 at Halban, Hotel at Al-Muzn Development, Ibis Style Hotel at OCEC, Al Amal Tower at Qurum, Salam Square and Gallery, A'Namaa Poultry Project in Ibri, Porsche Centre Muscat, Education:
