The subsidiaries have their own websites that process employee-specific information such as 4506-T Income, Social Service Verifications, Verification of Income, Verification of Employment, and Point in Time Income etc. With Consolidated Store Front, Equifax enables verifiers avoid these hassles and provides them a single place to get the requisite verifications.

This application was developed by re-strategizing and re-building the legacy applications that were used by the customers to ensure better workflow on the latest technology. The goals for this web application are to improve efficiency and the overall quality of a claim response. CaseBuilder gives the client a quick and easy way to submit unemployment details and documentation from any computer.

CaseBuilder allows users to respond, review and delegate pending unemployment cases. Users can upload softcopy documents into the claimant’s file. The application clearly prioritizes each activity in client activity section by date priority (due date or event date) to give the clients clear response expectations.
