Inventory control and management, supervised warehouse employees, tracked inventory, monitored shipping and delivery, tracked and monitored inbound and outbound shipments, conducted weekly safety inspections, provided time management and organizational, monitored movement of inventory, conducted weekly cycle counts, recognized and addressed any procedural issues with management and staff.

The highlighted sentence does not make sense. I like this description because it is more consistent with what you might do in a leadership position but I think you need to read it again and make sure duties are not listed twice.

I would remove this unless you are going to continue to work on the degree. Since the education is not recent it may be perceived as not relevant to an employer. I would move MILITARY SERVICE (see below) into this position on your resume.

Since some companies give preference to veterans, I would create a heading called MILITARY SERVICE and move it to where you have EDUCATION now. Also if you were honorably discharged, I would mention that.

20 plus years in the warehouse industry as lead/supervisor including shipping and receiving, forklift experience, pallet jacks, responsible for scheduling maintenance fleet ( trucks) and keeping up with DOT regulations, drove 20’ flatbed/stake trucks and box trucks. Supervisor for housekeeping.

I would put this information under it’s own section called SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS. In a regular resume format this information would be at the beginning of the resume.

Activities consist of coaching youth sports (football) through the city, have been coaching youth for 16 years, coached an all lady semi pro team through IWFL for 2 years.

I would add this information to the VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES section of your resume. Coaching is a leadership skill so be sure to emphasize that when you describe your role.
