PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Development of vendor managed inventory system (Aug 2020-Apr 2021)
• Applied knowledge in supply chain management system for modelling VMI system with one vendor and two retailers under order-up-to level policy were focused.
• A mathematical model was developed to deal with the case when demand is stochastic and backorder and lost sales are considered. That model was developed under periodic review (R, T) policy to determine optimal order quantities and replenishment cycle time that can decrease the total cost.
• Then, numerical experiments and sensitivity analyses were conducted to get the optimal solution by changing of model’s input parameters.
• Used MATLAB to optimize and reduce the total cost of the supply chain of VMI system.
***Got the excellent thesis award.
Innovative product: Smart Rice Cooker, (Jan 2020-Apr 2020)
• Made the market study by types and by applications. Then, specified our competitors and competitive factors.
• Created our challenges depending on competitors and data from market study.
• Established “strategy canvas and blue ocean strategy” to get lots of benefit such as improved productivity, improved manufacturing, and shrinking profit margins and advances in technology.
• Then, specified the mission statement to increase employee engagement and encourage them to work effectively together as well as to help the companies achieve goals.
• Spread the questionnaire survey to get the voice of the customers. Then, interpreted the raw data in terms of customers’ voce to customers’ need.
• Applied “kano analysis” to evaluate the requirement of the customers and to specify the rating of the requirements. Then, identify the specifications of the product from the result of Kano model.
• Applied “quality function development (QFD)” to determine the significant specifications and specific customer needs for our product.
• Moreover, “concept generating” was applied with the help of brainstorm to get various types of product design by using target specifications and customer needs. Used SOLIDWORKS software to draw the design.
• Finally, scoring was applied to choose the best product conceptual design from 7 resulted designs. Then, created the schematic diagram for the final design. Wrote the functionality for every single parts. INTERN EXPERIENCE
Astro Automation Co., Ltd (May 2018-Jun 2018)
• Draw the electrical drawing of star-delta starter. Installation of electrical components and electrical wiring. Then, QC check.
• Prepared bill of quantity (BOM).
• Calculated “load analysis” for the 2 storied building to create the table that shows the power rating or loads of electrical devices in the facility with the estimated usage hours per day.
• Draw the program for pedestrian traffic light project using PLC and HMI. Multi Power Engineering Co., Ltd (Nov 2017-Dec 2017) http://www.linkedin.com/in/shune-

28,000 Baht (Negotiable)
• Read the schematic drawing and made internal Wiring for: Medium Voltage Switchgear Panel (11KV VCB), Low Voltage Switchgear Panel (Main Receiving & Distribution Panels – MRP & MDP, Sub Distribution Panel - SDP) and Power Factor Improvement Panel (Capacitor Bank). Then, QC inspection, loop check, testing and factory access test.
GTHS Monywa, Ministry of Education (Sep 2017-Oct 2017)
• Designed the layout of equipment and materials for rectifiers, auto water filling circuits, fire alarm circuits, safeguard circuits and fan speed controlling circuits. Then, implemented and tested.
• Designed the layout of equipment and materials for unmanned aerial vehicle
(UAV). Then integrated and tested
• Designed and made printed circuit board (PCB) for running lights.
***Got the outstanding student award.
