Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Maintaining telephone log book, valet collection & delivery record, guest and management laundry description, combination and training books

2.Check and follow-up guest requirement, discrepancies and valet pickup and delivery in timely manner.

3.Update daily in house guest record VIP/ club guest information, discount and percentage

4.Update daily & monthly production and revenue.

5.Following Hotel laundry standard for checking, packing, hanging, delivery and maintains the quality & quantity with the record.

6.Allocated in dry cleaning, pressing, washing, uniform room and flat work areas in volume and peak periods.

7.Conduct and participating in risk management department training. Shift briefing, and own time training within laundry.

8.Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager for planning for

Special event.

9.Responsible for training, Hygiene & grooming standard in laundry.

10.Answer & follow up all telephone call and records laundry and valet order from guests

11.Billing, charging, filling and making summary report,Linens summery report making & Monthly guest laundry report making

12.Handling and follow up all guest laundry pickup and delivery.

13.Types all laundry work such as memos, reports, letters and e-mails.

14.Ensure that all stationary, materials and chemicals used in laundry and office are available at all the time.

15.Keeps the office clean and in organized manner.

16.Ordering uniforms for new staff as per the requirements.

17.Co orientating with suppliers for uniform damages and new

18.HK amenities arranging and setting the each floor Pantry rooms.

19.Train colleagues to operate the Machines and use chemicals carefully.

20.Handle Guest complains about Laundry departments.
