Operation:

Oil producing from two wellhead platforms; oil and gas processing; gas is processed by gas sweetening unit and used for power generation; gas is processed by Gas dehydration unit compressed and injected to the reservoir; produced water injected to the reservoir.

DUTIES:

oPre-commissioning, Commissioning, Startup, Normal Operation

oFilling to field logbook for record & troubleshooting

oTaking plant round regularly for any abnormalities & normal reliable plant operation and reporting any abnormalities to Panel operator and supervisor

oShut down operation in Vessels, Tank, Compressors etc.

oResponsible for the safe operation, safe start-up & shutdown of the plant

oSchedule changeover of rotating equipment’s as per SOP

•Flushing of pipelines by Conventional methods such as Gasket bursting, water flushing, Air blowing.

•Solo run of motors, Trial run of all type’s pumps and Compressors

•Prepared a punch list of construction completion, Ready for startup unit

•Instrument loop checking, function test of heaters, compressors.

•Pre commissioning procedure review, chemical cleaning and passivation of compressor lines

•Nitrogen purging of the flow lines.

Responsibilities after commissioning

●Startup & Shutdown activities, normal operation control, operation trouble shooting and maintenance activities.

●Taking regular rounds of unit to ensure safe operation of the unit

●Recording and reporting of field parameter to Shift Supervisor and if required to Panel officer

●All activities in area, including, but not limited to, operation of the equipment, preparation for maintenance, preventative maintenance activities, monitoring equipment, minor maintenance, other routine duties

Test Run for the standby equipment as per the Schedule, isolations, and de- isolation of equipment for Maintenance, familiar with Work permit Systems, gas testing, troubleshooting reports, Checking and testing all alarms and trip switches with the instrument technicians and also involving the preventive maintenance of the plant. Familiar with pneumatic panels, different types of valves, like PCV, LCV, FCV controllers, and transmitters. Familiar with the power turbines (ROLLAND, ROLLSROYCE) parameters, starting from the PLC & DCS panel, CO2 and UV detectors isolation for internal inspections, Fuel Gas purging and filter cleaning etc. Additional requirements involved lab sampling (oil & gas) and analysis like BS&W and PTB.
