Biography:

I am a trained Counseling Psychologist who has completed her Masters in Psychological Counseling from the Indian Institute of Psychology and research and a certified Art Therapist from the All India Council for Professional Education Mission (ICPEM). I am always a thorough professional with strong ethics and diligence towards my profession, I am one of the most proficient Counseling psychologists and an Art-based therapist who has been trained in REBT, CBT, and psychoanalysis making me highly skilled in my field of work. I am trained under various renowned Institutions like I had an internship in the Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences (IHBAS) and I am working as a full time counseling psychologist in Salaam Baalak Trust (Delhi) and have good two years experience of counseling in almost every age groups freelancing also working as Counselling Psychologist in Rebirth by counselling provides online and offline counseling sessions to people with anxiety, stress, depression disorders and to people with social, marital and career based issues.It's a collaborative approach with Rebirth hospital and rehabilitation centre.
