JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Purchase of Material:
a.To verify stock position and Indents of material as per BOM.
b.To ensure printing of stationary, consumable goods & Packing materials as per requirement.
2.Receipt of Material:
a. To supervise unloading operations of the materials as per Purchase Order & Indents.
b. To ensure updating of store register (Day Book) and preparation of MRN in System (ERP). c. To ensure rejected materials from Q.C. Department are sent back to vendors.
d. Finish goods (BSR) Maintaining.
3. Issue of Material:
a. To Issue material on the basis of Job Orders/Requisition Slips.
b. To Issue material RM/PM/Other Misc. Items with FIFO system.
c. To maintain system entries of Issued slips for update the current stock.
d. Stock Transfer Material to Branches as per request.
4. Stock Maintenance:
a. To maintain Stock Statement of all type Materials as on date.
b. Taking Physical Stock Daily, weekly and monthly basis, verification with
Book (System) stock.
5. Reports & Registers:
a. To prepare Register of goods send on returnable basis.
b. To prepare Register of goods send on non-returnable basis.
c. To prepare list of pending indents
d. To Prepare Daily Raw Material Stock Statement & send to higher Authorities.
e. To prepare and send Daily stock statement of Packing materials & Consumable items to the higher Authorities.
6. Other Assignments:
a. Monthly & Annual Physical verification of stocks (Inventory).
b. To reconcile the stock position (Physical & book stock) with accounts, take immediate corrective action with higher Authorities, if required.
c. All about scrap affairs
d. Having knowledge of Project time, Construction (as specially cement, T.M.T Bars & Electrical) etc.
7. Audit & Other Certifications: -
Having good command on Audits (ISO, BRC, Safety, Insurance, & Banking) Surprise audit by Governments.
8. Team Management: -
Having team as Six Officers, Twenty Supervisors with 60 Other supported manpower’s shift wise.
