I have previous experience as a Police Officer, Day Care Owner, and currently have twelve years’ service in the Funeral Industry which includes Receptionist, Personal Assistant, Administration, Petty cash, client liaison and General Office Duties, as well as Consultant and currently Office Manager. I believe I can utilize my skills and add value to any company or office. I am professional, friendly and helpful and always prepared to go the extra mile. 2

Compiling documentation and preparing the cremated remains for international transport. I also have the responsibility of neatness of front house, consulting rooms, viewing rooms and offices and preparing for receiving clients for consultations and other visits to the office. Handling and resolving of client complaints and assuring customer satisfaction, giving feedback to staff and using as training opportunities but also giving positive feedback to staff and motivating staff members. Operational planning daily for the next day’s services such as funeral services, attended cremations, burials, viewings and committals. When consultants are not available to assist with consulting families and guiding them through the arrangements and decisions to make regarding services and cremations/burials. During the time I have been with Oakleigh I performed duties as Monumental Consultant assisting families with memorial stones and internment services. Performing Commissioner of Oaths duties.
