POSITION: Campaign Execution Team Lead (Maintenance)

Coordinates with administration and other trade (mechanical, electrical, instrument & piping) for the purpose of completing projects/work order efficiently.

Ensure project execution is carried out meeting the required contracts conditions and specifications.

Oversees maintenance and custodial personnel as assigned for the purpose of maximizing the efficiency of the workforce and meeting shift requirements.

Provide technical support to technicians during troubleshooting, installation, construction, preventive maintenance, breakdown/corrective and overhaul on complete spectrum of rotating equipment such as diesel engines, air and gas compressors (Centrifugal and Reciprocating), all type of pumps (ranging from small dosing pumps to hp multistage centrifugal/reciprocating pumps), gas turbines etc.

Review technical deviations and variations to approve guidelines, codes, standards and practices.

Create, develop and review work-scopes for projects and other engineering activities. Ensure that the work scopes are comprehensive and clear.

Supervises and provide technical support in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on instrument air compressor at various SPDC associated gas gathering

(AGG) Station.

Supervises and provides technical support in carrying out a Fluid End inspection on reciprocating pumps in various SPDC flow station.

Supervises and provides a technical support on mechanical equipment during overhaul of various pumps in SPDC flow station such as Centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating pumps.

Prepares report on activities that takes place on mechanical equipment in Associated Gas Gathering (AGG) station.

Provides a technical support to contractor in analyzing, identifying mechanical potential problems by troubleshooting.

Supervises inspection checks on mechanical equipment during shutdown activities in various Shell Petroleum Development Company associated gas gathering (AGG) locations like 8000HRS inspection on SGT-400 Siemens turbine, 4000HRS inspection of solar mars 100 turbine, 20,000HRS inspection of Air compressor in various SPDC associated gas gathering (AGG) Station etc.

Supervises and provides a technical support on mechanical equipment during overhaul of SPDC Booster stations (e.g. 20,000HRS overhaul HOS Dresser Rand compressor).

Ensures that adequate provision is made for availability of spare parts and materials for all mechanical maintenance.
