Being a professional sales personel is the personality that I had a passion to be. This started earlier even before I proceded to study sale management and marketing course. I worked with a fast moving food and beverages distributor within thika and in central region. WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Source and negotiate for orders from assigned customers in the sales territory. 2.To prepare an accurate sales forecast by ensuring confirmed orders from customers by use of order template. 3.To ensure that products are delivered to customers at the right time and as per distribution statements issued by the sales manager.

4.Ensure that customers do not experience stock outs. Monitor stock levels in outlets and negotiate for appropriate orders by visiting the customers and liaising with the shelf stocker / merchandiser for the orders. 5.To Ensure that prospecting for new customers / outlets is constantly done so as to achieve sales growth. 6.To maintain the company policy on market returns at below 0.2% of tatol dispatch. 7. Deliver customer statements of accounts, and to ensure that all payments is made for all the goods supplied, through collection of customer cheques, banking slips, and verifying digital payments are genuine by conforming to company system and have adhered with company procedures. 8.To ensure that company credit policy is adhered to by only making credit supply to authorized customers. Also promotion and offers.

9.To ensure that customers satisfaction is achieved at all times through interaction with them. 10.To ensure customer feedback is effectively handled and that amicable solutions/ feedback are provided through customer care office.

11.To ensure that invoice s/ cheques/sales proceeds slips as well E.T.R receipts are raised for every sales made.Also maintain in good order company properties and custodian of them. 12.
