My Name is Nonjabulo Shandu, I am 24 years of age. I hold a degree In Industrial/Organisational Psychology, and currently enrolled for my Honours qualification majoring in Industrial Organisational Psychology, that is due to be completed in 3 months. I was born and bred in Kwa-Zulu Natal, raised by academics and therefore cementing my reasons in excelling and investing in my education. I have received multiple awards from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, due to my outstanding performance. Not only am I ambitious and determined in becoming a fully registered Industrial Psychologist in the future, but I also like to call myself a humanitarian as I am the founder and chairperson of a Non-Profit Organisational called Enzokuhle Foundation (NPO 230-823). Which is fully registered and recognised by the Department of Social Development. The organisations primary concern is addressing issues of food security within poor communities. The aim is to give back to the communities we grew up in and also mend and fill gaps that the government cannot extend to. Not only does the organisation focus on food security but it also commits to offering developmental support to township schools, assisting High scholars with varsity applications and career guidance, tutoring, donating sanitary towels, clothes, school shoes and offering nutritional support to senior citizens of the community who fail to travel to clinics on a regular basis due to illness or lack of transport funds. I am a very ambitious and dedicated individual, who seeks for opportunities, and they arise and maximises them to their maximum ability. I was recently employed as a recruiter at Recruitment company, and unfortunately the contract is coming to an end, and I am seeking for another employment opportunity that will help me in terms of experience that is required to kick start my career as a young individual. Being given this internship opportunity would mean so much to be as it will help me reach my full potential whilst gaining experience.
