• Assist senior Cost Control Engineer in performing analysis and compiling information pertinent to the project

• Preparation of Sub Contractors back charges, both direct and indirect services.

• Give proper assistance for the preparation of monthly cost report such as, Actual Cost trend, Indirect Cost analysis Etc.,

• Assist in the internal and external invoice approval for cost associated to the project

• Checking purchase invoices from procurement department and give proper cost code for each invoice based on material, purpose of materials, subcontractor etc.

• Updating cost codes in purchase order status List.

• Updating cost codes in payment certificate and debit note log sheet and preparing transmittals and submit to accounts department.

• Prepare estimation of power supply for PMV Dept.

• Prepare weekly back charge report and send to senior cost control engineer.
