• Manage nursing care activities, unit operations (as charge nurse) with an average daily census of 25 patients, coordinate patient planning with other departments. Supervise Nursing staff (up to 6 nurses)

• Monitor patients' condition, vital signs, report any changes to doctors. Record /log food, liquid intake by patient.

• Coordinate safe, empathetic care for patients under extreme stress, deliver effective trauma informed care, clinical procedures to patients, their families, friends/visitors.

• Maintain highest hygiene and safety standards. Maintain, sterilize, and lay out surgical equipment(s).

• Prepare patients for surgery by administering drugs, anesthetics, and injections.
