I have 25+ years of Management experience in the Hotel and Restaurant industry. I have spent the last 22 years Directing multi-million dollar Banquet Departments at both Marriott and Hilton Hotels. I have an intimate knowledge of all Food and Beverage hotel operations and am able to manage any outlet within a hotel.
