SUMMARY

I joined to Cisco Systems Inc., in June 2016 as project manager for the switching and routing projects with Claro Guatemala. Since June 2018 I took the position as Regional Program Manager for Central America and the Caribbean. This role consists of building and deploying the tools and processes enabling resource sharing between the countries and across different organizations. I manage a team of ten (10) Project Managers in the region.

Before Cisco, I had worked as Sales Services Manager (CFR Role) in Ericsson as part of CORE 3 Sales Team. I worked in the preparation, presentation and defense of offers in responds of RFP s. Also I participated in negotiation stage in order to close the deals.
