Corporate Performance Business Analyst Project Manager (2020 – 2021) Managed strategic corporate improvement projects with departments such as Sales and Marketing, Business Intelligence, Process Engineering and Quality Control, Operations, Sanitation, Maintenance to upgrade and enhance business and system processes and new applications by determining business needs, defining requirements and test plans, to deployment of solution and improvements. Managed multiple projects across the Enterprise Project Portfolio ranging from self-created enhancements to multi- million-dollar corporate initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities in North America. Recent projects include:

• Sales rep contract software platform to assist in streamlining process for regional sales in the United States to improve rebate and sales commission programs saving hundreds of hours per week resulting in money savings, and efficient accruals recording.

• Conversion of Analog temperature recorder to digital based hardware across 40+ cooking production lines in states in the U.S. Director of Enterprise Initiatives (2019 – 2020)

• Researched and executed a plastic reduction program that saved 10 million units of single use plastic components saving

Report to CEO, Vice President of R&D and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Duties include but not limited to the following: Managed new projects and products, line extensions, reformulations, regulatory changes, packaging changes from conception to launch, including determining project scope and detailed periodic post launch analysis.

• Communicated with brokers, customers, and internal departments (Quality Control, Production, Marketing, Sales, etc.) throughout the product development process. Maintained a project tracking system and oversaw project processes in over 10 departments within the company. Assisted in the design, approval and production of all labels/packaging.

• Managed USDA, Organic and FDA regulatory submissions. Managed members of the project management team and worked with 10 individual departments. Responsible for maintaining product system software, data entry and setup of all new products and BOM maintenance (Bill of Materials).

• Liaised with customers, vendors, suppliers, brokers, sales reps, including international accounts in Mexico, Taiwan, and Japan from product inception to product launch including management of ingredients. packaging, processing, manufacturing, management of, Seafood sustainability, labeling, printing, RFPs.

• Provided periodic detailed analysis of ingredient and parts usage, and managed discontinued ingredients and parts for planning and efficiency purposes. Oversaw and advised new technology deployment and equipment initiatives pertaining to the department.

• Managed submission and maintenance of company Trademarks and patents with the US Patent Office. Managed regulatory affairs with USDA, FDA, ORGANIC, NON-GMO Project, and Halal for fresh and frozen products.

• Successfully Managed over 200 national and international accounts with over 10,000 SKUs.
