-Reconcile account balances with all the serviced and non-serviced agency’s representatives. Also, reconcile on a quarterly basis with the FSN Supervisor and the Financial Specialist.

-Strip codes all obligation documents in accordance with State and other agencies regulations and policy guidelines to ensure the proper use of US Government funds.

-Receive and process from Canadians in (Jamaica, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos) applications for regular Citizenship, Passports, Emergency Passports, Limited Validity Passports and Temporary Passports

-Order and Purchase household furnishings for Canadian Based Officers – from suppliers both locally and overseas (Canada). Prepare and submit letters for GCT exemptions for local purchases for Mission.

-Coordinate property maintenance services and payments related to Canadian Staff homes (Gardeners, Helpers, Bottled Water, Security Company etc.) Responsible for Mission household furnishings inventory control lists and audits.
