o Rental Portfolio pertaining; 178 Tenants; 189 Buildings.

• Main purpose / objective of the position; Oversee (and keep up-to-date) all contracts pertaining to rental of the properties managed by the company and ensure that any necessary documentation is communicated. Responsible for notifying renters as leases near their termination and they may seek to extend the lease, establish new terms, or work out details for the separation of the contract.

• Terminates tenant accounts on instruction and notifies departments. Upload all relevant documents and send original lease for archiving. Notifies Utility Company, advises meter readers of tenant movements.

• Compiling and administering Commissions

• Decision making authority; Work within a broad framework of existing policies and guidelines.

• Experience and Knowledge; Thirty Two months experience of a large rental portfolio In Direct interface with clients and providing general administrative support services. Contract Creation & Procurement System, Nicor.
