Financial engineering has revolutionized the financial markets by introducing innovative and customized financial products for individuals and corporate to achieve specific objectives. This study sets in motion the value creation of shareholders in HUL and P&G company. EVA and MVA were the accessed tools for valuing this purpose. The significant objectives of this study was to maximize shareholders value by altering the capital structure. To study the impact of altered strategies on EVA, reflecting value addition of the shareholders and recommendation of best strategy to be adopted in order to enhance shareholder value. 2. Project: A Study On Brand Loyalty Of The Customers With Special Reference To Atlas Jewellery, Calicut
