I am a highly effective, detail oriented Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Professional with over 3 years demonstrated experience in OHSE at middle level. Professionally qualified as an Environmental Scientist with IT. My experience both in private and in public sectors has enabled me to have 360-degree view when it comes to Occupational Health and Safety issues. CAREER ACHIEVEMENT.

I successfully ensured 90% recycling of waste generated from the Coca Cola Beverage company (Equator Bottlers Plant) i.e. paper, PET bottles, preforms, used oil, metallic waste, bags of sugar, Jerricans, glass cullet by selling them to recycling companies as well as individuals for re-use. This helped in preventing the environment from pollution and also increased revenue to the company.

Also managed to conduct regular safety induction to visitors and new employees to prevent accidents while working or visiting the company leading to 23% reduction on workplace accidents by new employees.

While at National Environment Management Authority, I was able to work with teams, participated in identifying environmental challenges, and provided appropriate channel for corrective actions at county level.

In 2014, I received a scholarship at Zawadi Africa Scholarship program that helped in reshaping my career and professionalism.

Under my leadership and prowess, I have managed to improve the image and ratings of Equator Bottlers Plant within Africa as one of the best organizations in terms of Environmental Health and Safety compliances

I have also helped several start up on renewable energy projects in Africa with the use of Continue Mechanics Technology.

At ILEG, I was among the pioneer researchers on climate change in Kenya and collaboratively participated in the formulation of first policy on climate change.
