BAYIMBA FOUNDATION – Kampala, Uganda June 2019 – To date HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Brought on board to coordinate Human Resources and Administration of Bayimba Foundation activities in Uganda to ensure efficient flow of all plans towards organizational objectives. Key Contributions and Results:

Spearheaded daily administrative operations of Bayimba Foundation in Uganda ensuring smooth flow of all planned activities in Uganda.

Human Resources coordination ensuring that job descriptions, advertising, short listing, interviews and onboarding processes are managed professionally ensuring that high caliber staff are recruited for available positions and employees are supported to settle into the positions.

Provided technical support to Accounts and general company in accounts receivables management and improved debt collection from 45days to 15days improving cashflows for the company. Key Contributions and Results:

Timely filling returns, these included Pay as you Earn (PAYE), National Social Security Funds (NSSF), Local Service Tax (LST), trade licenses and withholding tax follow-ups whenever necessary. During my employment was able to file all statutory returns in time saving the company would be penalties.

Paying licenses, was responsible for paying all trade licenses as per government applicable laws of the land ensuring that all trade licenses are paid in time.

In charge of debt collection for the company ensuring that all trade receivables are collected within due dates and reduced collection period from 45days to 15days improving cashflows for the company.

Accounts data entry into computerized accounting system (QuickBooks), to aid in generation of final books of Accounts (Profit and Loss, Balance sheet and Cashflow statements).

Ensuring proper book keeping and best accounting principles and practices are applied while managing financial statements and clients for the company.
