PROJECTS
Automated Axle Assembly.
The project was industrial based. The wheel, brake and axle are inspected, machined, marked and controlled by PLC control. The program was done to carryout the desire sequence of operation. HMI was designed for the respective assembly line. TIA Siemens 15.1V was used for programming. The WinCC 7.5 software were used for the the HMI monitoring. Testing of Pin Marking Machine
The Pin Marking machine was controlled, tested and programmed using Siemens TIA software. The pneumatic cylinder driven pin marker was controlled using Siemens 828D controller. The HMI was designed for the respective operations on the machine. PN coupler and ET200 module was designed for interfacing the machine with other components and PLC. Stairs Climbing Wheelchair
The project was aimed at designing and fabrication of stair climbing wheelchair. The objective was to reduce stress and achieve ease while riding by disable person. The project also aims to reduce the energy consumption with the use of various mechanisms and making it self-driving chair. The simple structure that can be driven easily and with the good stability. Walking Bicycle.
The aim of the project was to design the bicycle driven by the walking pad. The treadmill pad was modi ed to design the walking pad for the bicycle.The objective of the project is to use kinetic energy at the maximum extends and reduce the e orts.
