Responsible for all PE, PNG and CNG related project activities of Gadhinagar and Chandkheda (Whole Gandhinagar GA having 1.2lakh PNG,500 Commercial and 25 industrial customers with 1150 PE and steel network) and Assurance of O & M activities for uninterrupted GA supply for this

Set up Natural Gas infrastructure and network to reach out to all potential customers by expanding PNG Network as per business rolling plan at Gandhinagar and Chandkheda through annual planning, achieving GA target with cost effective manners, assurance of RoU and other statutory permissions, Material planning and prioritization of activities in a view to increase gas volume sell and PNGRB requirements and adherence to SLAs.

Ensure Uninterrupted supply of natural gas by ensuring Annual Operation & Maintenance Plan (AOMP)- PNG O&M Implementation, PE and steel maintenance, CP maintenance, patrolling, monitoring and emergency management.

Ensure uninterrupted supply of natural gas by ensuring proper utility coordination and Emergency response and repair process within defined timelines.

Ensure safe execution of projects and operations of assets by implementing HSE and AI management system for Health and safety of employees and minimizing environment impact.

Development of competency of team through internal and external training, providing opportunities and coaching to achieve GOALs.

Monitoring of Budget, CWIP,LUAG,SD recovery, GRIR, CPAR,PO,AIKPI etc.
