While working at the Borrego Springs Resort, I was contacted to come to work for Trading Places Inc. They had obtained a contract to set up a trailer village by the Textron Company of New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. I moved to New Orleans for one year, supervising the trailer park setup and managing the community for just over one year and then supervised the takedown. I provided administration, user services, maintenance and purchasing. We constructed a laundry and scheduled ins and outs.
At the end of that contract, I was sent to Branson, Missouri to assist a developer with a consulting contract that he had with Trading Places. We helped him to set up marketing, reservations and maintenance for some units that he already owned while assisting him in the development of a new phase of units with a golf course. After a year, when he was unable to get financing, I returned to Park City. April 2004 to November 2005
