- International projects - within the Programs for Territorial Cooperation – PHARE, INTERREG IIIC, INTERREG IV, Romania-Bulgaria Cross-border Cooperation Program 2007-2013, South East Europe, EU VII Framework Program and CENTURIO with ARE
-elaboration of the programming documents / strategies, plans for the development of the whole district / and in organization of different kind of meetings and conferences with the central authorities, regional institutions and local authorities.
