In 1979 I enrolled in house unit secretary course and after worked as unit secretary from November 1979 until June 1990. This position was informing nurses of orders from doctor directing departments of tests and labs ordered by doctors. Calling settings up appointments after patient to returns to doctors. I admitted and discharged on computers. The unit secretary position was responsible for caring out every doctor orders on every patient on the unit.
