TITILE: “ANALYSIS OF SIGN LANGUAGE RECOGNITION FOR DEAF AND DUMB”.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

1. A basic sign recognizer has been developed for helping dumb people. 2. Initially, the sign from the captured input image is extracted for the background. Then, boundaries are detected and by using simple rule classifier, the sign is recognized and converted to its respective text and speech.
