Project – Consulting for Boston Burger Inc.- developing systems for internal operations, Management recruiting and ongoing development, Strategy planning for growth in Boston market. Overhead cash flow, and store level profitability, partnership organization.
Previous projects included 12 month agreement to open and develop all management systems for startup concept on South Shore of Boston, Wahlburger’s, for Paul Wahlberg, and Family.
