Scope: Peripheral Cooling Water and Fire Network Underground Piping (over 10km) with associated Civil works and Structural Steel Works (over 9000mt). Civil and Mechanical Construction for the Crude Oil Trading Facility which includes UG and AG piping works (over 15km), Mechanical & Electrical works.

Job Roles:

Established the project schedule baseline with project team using Primavera P6 software and on a weekly basis prepare Quantitative Work 3weeks Lookahead Schedule.

Designed Progress Measurement Sheet (PMS) using Microsoft Excel with which work carried out is measured as per physical completion, recorded and compared against planned work as a Project control mechanism then on monthly approval from client progress measurement serves as a basis for raising monthly commercial invoice.

Prepared daily, weekly and monthly (S-curve) reports which covers personnel on board, areas of concern, daily activities and next day lookaheads etc.

Managing subcontractors to attain optimal performance by ensuring required information for execution is issued promptly.

Monitor subcontractor performance through their daily reports and regular site visits.

Scope: Erection/Installation of Crude Refining Heaters:

Crude Distillation Units, Continuous Catalytic Reformer, Charge Heaters, Interheaters, Naphtha Hydrotreating Unit, Product Fractionator Reboiler Heater and Combined Feed Heater.

Job Roles:

Scope: Equipment Foundations Contract (Over 4000m3 of Reinforced Concrete) for Ammonia, Urea Plants, Bulk storage and Bagging building and Civil Underwound works which includes Manholes, pits, electrical and instrument trenches etc. Buildings Contract (4 Process Buildings, 1 Control Building & 10 Non-process Buildings) with Mechanical. Electrical & Plumbing works.
