Monitoring the power supply to Long and Medium term PPA with TNEB 400 MW, KSEB.

Calculation fixed &variable charges and incentive as per terms of PPA and calculation of Availability factor % on daily basis for calculation of Declare Capacity of Power Plant .

Monitor and control the supply from plant as per PPA’s terms and condition based on availability of power generation and scheduling.

To attend the Daily production planning &control meeting –decision making for next date generation plan and to review the schedule of power on the basis of market demand supply position, coal stock position under fuel supply agreement / availability through auction / spot auction.

Prepare the monthly return in G- FORM submit to C.E.I office Raipur and arrange for payment of Electricity Duty on Monthly basis.

Prepare the Monthly Summary based on Sale to various consumers.

Daily monitoring of generation export to the grid as per Availability Based Tariff.

Daily Preparation of IPP generation and schedule report for nearbyIPP generators in order track the power Supply Vs Demand Forecast for next days.

Preparation of Power reconciliation statement as per data Regional Energy Accounts of Western Region Power Committee.

Reconciliation of Regional Transmission Account – Long term Open Access / Medium Term Open Access

Calculation POC charges and losses based on injection schedule and based on CERC order on quarterly basis and share the details with daily MIS report for EBIDTA.

Instrumental in award of captive status to the generation units in the steel plant to avail tax benefits by saving electricity duty on captive use of power

Managing billing for power sold to Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited though activities such as calculation of weekly plant load factor, delay payment surcharge, etc.

Preparation of business plan in respect of captive power generation and sale of power through power exchange.

Dealing with the matters related to electricity duty payable on sale of power and consumption of power in residential colony, steel plant and coal mines.
