PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPRIENCE:

FIRE & SAFETY:-

HSE induction training program for all new join employees.

Internal and External safety training also provide as per the safety training calendar.

Hazard identification & Risk assessment, Environment Aspect & Impact, Job safety analysis before new activity going and it’s defined for all activity regularly.

Work permit system must be followed for the all non-routine job.

To investigate Accident/Incident & take precautionary CAPA to avoid future casualty. (Maintain Form No.29)

In consultation with HSE head establish, develop & Monitor system required as per ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001;2015, ISO 9001;2015 & ISO 50000 Standard. Prepare and Maintain document for the same.

Also maintain the Legal register and its Compliance status.

To upkeep fire & Safety equipment & to maintain the require inventory & to keep the equipment ready to face any emergency. (Fire detection & alarm system, Sprinkler system, Spill control system, Fire extinguisher system, Fire hydrant system, emergency exit route chart, MCP, First aid system, VESDA system, Touch me pad for static charge removal etc.

ENVIRONMENT:-

Individually Operating the Effluent Treatment Plant. (ETP).

To monitor & manage hazardous waste generation & storage at site.

Transportation & Disposal at Pollution control board approved site along with fulfillment of legal requirement & agreement.

Taken care for the Bio Medical Waste, Hazardous waste, Spent Solvents, Used Oil etc and regarding document for the same like manifests and up to final disposal.

GPCB online system handling like every month filling of Monthly Patarak & Other important details on GPCB XGN portal as well as Bio Medical Portal.

Legal work regarding GPCB.

Face the Environment audit as per the GPCB Guideline.

CCA/ CTE amendment work.

Form 3 Maintain on monthly basis
