Worked with J.W.MARRIOTT HOTEL,MUMBAI as a GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE in the FOOD &BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT, from 6th May 2008 till 20 December 2009.

Worked with J.W.MARRIOTT HOTEL,MUMBAI as a GUEST SERVICE CASUAL in the FOOD &BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT, from 19th February 2007 till 5th May 2008.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Fully trained and completed 5 S.T.C.W. COURSES, which is a requirement on cruise ships.

AS A WAITER ONBOARD CRUISE SHIP MY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

Communicating with passengers/guest and giving them the correct information .

Acknowledge the passengers/guest needs.

Adhere to and maintain standards of service, quality and hospitality in the department.

Ensuring that the department complies with and exceeds the standard operating procedures.

Maintain facilities and equipment in perfect condition and implement procedures to keep breakages and losses to an absolute minimum.

Inspect the set up including table linen, glass, silverware and condiments for correct placements and to ensure that each element is clean, undamaged and attractively presented for the restaurant set up .

Stay abreast of trends in the Food & Beverage industry .
