Lead Programmer Analyst – Contractor (10/2007 – December 31, 2020)
Developed the conversion process from the ADAMS gas and electric IMS database meter systems, which included data from the Customer DB2 system to the new AMI data management system SQL databases. The Advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) project is an integrated system of smart meters, communications networks, and data management systems that enables two-way communication between Con Ed and customers. Time frame 2015 – Present.
Total support for the ADAMS gas and electric meter systems written in PL/1, Cobol, IMS DB/DC and DB2. Time frame is 2010 – 2017.
Developed an electric meter system interface with the Work Management system, to select meters for a Public Service Commission mandated annual tests. The interface sends meters and related customer information from a random sample via MQ to the Work Management system to build work requests to test selected meters. Time Frame is 2014.
Total support for the Gas Operations System (GOPS). The system is written in COBOL, IMS DB/DC. Time frame is 2009 – December 31, 2020.
Developed Emergency Control system interface with Oracle EBS. The interface sends all new emergency work tickets for gas leaks and gas maintenance via MQ to an Oracle EBS system. Time frame is 2012 – 2013.
Developed GOPS vendor requisition system with Oracle EBS. The interface sends all GOPS vendor work hours and tasks in a weekly job via MQ to an Oracle EBS system to build requisitions to pay outside vendors. Time frame is 2013.
Developed GOPS and DOCS HR Payroll interface to send Electric and Gas utility workers hours and tasks for weekly payroll. Time frame is 2007 – 2009.

Participated in all phases of testing, development and enhancement of the MyTSYS in-sourcing Credit Card processing system. Developed and reviewed Business and Technical requirements for both online and batch processing systems on the IBM Mainframe environment. Extensive experience in credit card processing, statements and account maintenance.
The project included testing program specifications, modification of numerous batch and on-line programs; preparation of test plans, test environment (load and unload of DB2 databases), technical documentation, validation of test results, and creation of JCL jobs and stored procs, for unit tests. Tested, coded and enhanced the Interchange Accounting (Financial Control Services) System, which acts as a highway that connects all the parts of MyTSYS. All transactions processed by Chase (MasterCard, Visa, etc.) enter MyTSYS through Financial Control Services (FCS).
