Accounts Management
Finalization of accounts and get it audited.
Preparation of monthly MIS.
Preparing cash flow and fund flow statement to monitor the inflow and outflow of funds.
Budgeting & MIS
Formulating budgets and conducting analysis to determine difference between projected and actual results and implementing corrective actions.
Preparing MIS report with a view to provide feedback to the management on financial performance viz fund management, cost control, profitability etc.
Receivables / Payable
Maintaining vendor outstanding status – supervision of purchase verification & reconciliation of accounts.
Monitoring weekly collection and debtor credit limit, preparing outstanding statements, credit index reports and defaulters list. Inventory
Provide maximum customer service at minimum cost.
Take action against expected increase in sales.
Handle production variations.
Take advantage of a favorable raw material price.
Periodically checking of actual consumptions of various materials using standard costing system and allocating various unfavorable Variances.
