DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF LEAF SPRING [ JAN 2021- MAR 2021 ]

In this project,to design of leaf spring with less weight materials in CREO Software.

We study and Analysis the materials in ANSYS-12 Software such as carbon fibre Reinforced polymer,structural steel and SAE 1045-450 is used.

From the result obtained from Ansys,many discussion have been made and it will be concluded.

We used three materials and compare the results of materials SAE 1045-450 Properties is better than other materials.
