Arranging Finance – both Equity and Debt.At SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd was associated in the GoI initiatives on Industrial Clusters, advising on BHEL Jagdishpur/ Amethi restructuring (the only BHEL unit that was individually making a loss), advising the Mayor of Mysore on Municipal initiatives pertaining to sewage, water distribution, road over bridges etc. and the DIPP through CII for setting up a garments manufacturing cluster at Jabalpur.

As a Venture Capitalist and Investment Banker (Lazards Creditcapital, Fortis Financial Services, SREI, DEG) evaluating investment proposals in varied industries for investment, negotiation and portfolio management. Industries include: Aircraft Equipment, Construction equipment, Real Estate, Power projects, Shrimp culture, Engineering industry, Automobile ancillaries etc.

As an Infrastructure finance professional was a part of the GoI’s advisory team on PPP, led privatization bids for the Mumbai and Delhi airports, closely associated with McKinsey’s advisory group on NHAI INViTs besides mitigating risk of stressed infrastructure assets.
