Professional Experience

Statutory & Taxation- Income tax filling and return, TDS calculation and filling, GST payment and return, Professional tax filling and return, etc. Accounts payable- vendor bills payment, vendor balance confirmation & vendor ledger reconciliation along with TDS.

Account Receivable- Sales billing as per company policy or purchase order. Follow up with customer for receivables based on the credit terms and getting the Form 16A for TDS deduction if any.

Bank Reconciliation- Reconciliation of current account and bank fixed deposit also company overdraft account. Fixing the error if any. Handling Bank Transactions- Collection and deposit, internal transfer. Communication with bank for Inwards and Investments.

Invoice management- Receiving of Invoice for sales and purchase, cross check or verify the Invoice as per purchase order terms /internal policies and GST rules. Business reports- Sales report, Inventory reconciliation report. Documents Collection- Collection of Investment proof and other documents from employees for TDS deduction of Salary and declaration by employees. Petty Cash & Reimbursement- Employee reimbursement and petty cash related. Profit & Loss Statement – Preparation of Profit and Loss statement. Software & Tools- Tally, Spectrum, ZEN IT, E-TDS, Express GST and MS Excel. Software & Tools- Problem finding and resolve instantly the client pc software related issues through remote desk or verbally solved.
