A competent senior piping engineering with 15 years in depth experience and Advanced knowledge of various codes and standards in the field of design, construction, stress analysis and flexibility of piping systems at Oil& Gas refineries or petrochemical projects. Moreover, a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills as well as, trustworthy and creative engineer at problem solving .

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

• Design& stress analyzing of process piping in CCR(Continuous Catalytic Reforming for octane raising by cyclic method) project at Tehran Oil Refining company according to NOIC SPEC& ASME B31.3 and performing piping supporting and piping system stress analysis with CAESAR II software as well as finding some solutions for piping supporting due to problems of seismic loads for zone IV of earthquake at Tehran site and increasing the flexibility of piping system in criteria of code and job specification.

• Piping design, producing PMS (Piping Material Specification) and producing stress analyzing according to ASME B31.3 code and Performing piping stress analysis by CAESAR II software as well as solving the problem of Thermal stress on hot lines with big size by increasing the flexibility of piping system, modifying supports, inserting loops or changing routes of piping in ISOMERIZATION

(Raising the octane of light naphtha by forming the branched bonds) unit project at Tehran Oil Refining company.

• piping designer at the project of Gas Turbine Generation(GTG) (The third power plant of Tehran refinery), carrying out activities like: Designing process piping, providing B.O.M for drafting section in accordance with ASME code B31.3 and FLUOR company job specifications. Activities:(Finding the best route with taking the material saving and standard criteria in to consideration. Calculation of pipe thickness and Schedule, Ratings of flanges and fittings, selecting the pipe and Materials of the components according to ASTM and job specification, as well as performing the initial supporting before stress analysis.)

• Solving the problems of the Stress analysis and supporting system of new flare pipe line at refinery of Tehran after failure and deformation of line connected knockout drum of flare line (Include: checking the routes, thermal and seismic stress on nodes and load cases plus modifying the supports types on CAESAR II software, presenting the new load forces of supports to Civil section for renovating and strengthening the pedestals and structural design for thermal and seismic stress.)
