Responsibilities: Received and processed up to 300 machinery and utility invoices from 16 branches of Rish on a daily basis. Also entered all Komatsu invoices and kept up with all incoming invoices and entered them into CDK system. Did check run each week and print checks for vendors for payment. General ledger entry and maintenance. Knowledge of trade credit terms, awareness of cash conversion cycle. Perform monthly reconciliation of over 600 items, verify each line, resolve discrepancies.
