DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of Relevant Safety Legislation and relevant statutory provisions by Client, Consultants and Local Authority specifications
Specifying and reviewing Work Scopes and Method Statements from External and Internal support contractors to prepare applicable RISK ASSESSMENTS within timeframe and scope of work.
Carrying out daily observations and follow up for rectification reports within specified timeframe.
Keeping records of Inspections and making reports that suggest for improvements.
Provide assistance for the development and implementation of HSE Management Systems in coordination with the Line Management.
Ensure that all External Observations/Reports from relevant authorities and Project Consultants are closed in timely manner.
Prepare and submitting Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports to Department Head and Project Consultant.
Develop technical guidance and interim programs to identify and eliminate hazards.
Coordinate with Safety Officer, Safety Stewards regarding their Daily activities at site.
Induction Program for newly joined employees, educating them about Company Policies, Rules and Regulations Safety & Security aspects etc. and creating awareness about health and safety for Contractors, Visitors and Public etc.

Implement of Company HSE Policy and Procedures for the Department and Projects to achieve a safe and Healthy Work Environment.
To conduct periodic internal environmental Health and Safety Audits.
Investigate all Accidents/Incidents and prepare accident/incident/near miss report, review plant operation and take remedial measures.
