Personal Statement:

Started my medical education carrier at B.J.Medical College, Pune. After completing the M.B.B.S. degree, in the year 1987 started my postgraduate studies with D.L.O. i.e. Diploma in Otolaryngology. The same I completed in the year 1989 with flying colours i.e. ranking first in the university. Then the second opportunity knocked the door and I got admission to the degree of M.S. in the same discipline. This milestone I achieved with second rank in the university of Pune in the year 1992.My life is full of opportunities and the third opportunity came .I cleared the All India Super specialty Entrance Examination with very high rank and I could fulfill my long awaited dream of having super specialty in the discipline of Neurosurgery. Medicine is the finest art on Earth dealing with alive things and that too with human beings. In this brain is the topmost and most vital part of the body and I am specialized in the problems of this most important organ. I hardly worship God because I believe my work is my worship. I believe in staying updated with latest knowledge of brain. of a Doctor/Clinician/Neurosurgeon/good human being then & then decided to have Neurosurgical training in lifetime. Red almost all the books of Neurosurgery before the entrance examination. I remain extremely grateful to my teacher, guardian & ideal in my life .Only the inspiration of Dr.Pandya made me to enter in the field of Neurosurgery. Then the rigorous training started from the Year 1993 and completed in the Year 1996 with more than 500 difficult procedures entry into my logbook. Then I decided to work in the most backward area of Maharashtra i.e.Marathwada. There was no Neurosurgeon for the whole of the Marathwada region i.e. for ten districts. All neurosurgical patients have to rush to Pune/Bombay/Nagpur. I joined the most prestigious charitable hospital KamalNayan Bajaj Hospital managed by famous industrialist MR. Rahul Bajaj in 1998.Irendered my valuable service to this backward region through Bajaj Hospital w.e.f.Jan. Jan 1998 to May2006 after operating more than 600 major cases & about 2000 casualties Ten one fine morning I received call from the Holy place Shirdi that I was selected for the post of Medical Director of the Sai Sansthan Hospitals &was requested for immediate joining since the super specialty hospital is going to be inaugurated by the chief minister in addition to the existing 200 bedded highly subsidized specialty hospital. Accordingly after requesting the Bajaj trust I joined on 3rd of May 4, 2008.Here I had a very hectic schedule of administrative work in addition to the Neurosurgical work. Here from May 2008 to till this date I have attended about 1500 casualties and have operated about 300 major procedures. Being Holy place & highly subsidized rates I could treat variety of patient from all over the country. There is complete job satisfaction in addition to the experience of administration. Now I have the confidence of opening a new hospital and start successfully in addition to my Neurosurgery work. The dream of working in a hospital of international standard is still there & attempts being made in the direction. Membership:
