5.1 Independent Consultant, August 2018- Present

As independent consultant licensed by Saudi Engineering Council (saudieng.sa) to provide independent services of sustainable low-cost proposals for individuals and businesspersons on job or project basis. Carry out architecture and engineering consultancy services for houses and commercial buildings owners under design and construction, at various stages of the life of the facilities. These services cover but not limited to help in making decisions in the design of housing, commercial buildings, assistance in independent professional opinion, proper solutions for the exploitation of construction areas and construction problems, materials selection, change in designs and restoration, recommendation of building materials such as sustainability, energy conservation, waterproofing, thermal insulation, roof leaks, construction of additions or modifications. 5.2 Director of Engineering Department (Airport City) & Advisor to the VP Operation, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, August 2017- July 2018.

Riyadh Airports Company (riyadhairports.com) is a newly established company as part of the privatization program in the aviation sector of Saudi Arabia. RAC is now managing and operating the King Khaled International Airport (KKIA) and city. The airport consists of 5 passenger terminals, a mosque, covered and uncovered car parking for 11,600 vehicles, an additional Royal Terminal, a central control tower (one of the world's tallest), and two parallel runways, which are each 4,260 meters long. The land area allocated for this airport is third largest in the world. Engineering Department in the airport city is responsible for all both airside and landside project and in addition to the comprehensive investment project taking place in the airport city. For the time being, RAC is coordinating with other governmental agencies for the planning of two airports, Al-Kharj and Sudair, located in the central province. Engineering Deportment is representing RAC in these two strategic projects.

5.3 Strategic Affairs General Manager, Stakeholder Manager, Riyadh Metro Transit Consultants (RMTC), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, February 2014- June 2016. Riyadh Metro Transit Consultants (RMTC), a JV between US engineering consultancy Parsons

(parsons.com) and French consultancies Egis (egis-group.com) and Systra (systra.com), three of the world’s top transit program and construction management consultants, to deliver the world-class Riyadh Metro Project, the largest design-build rail infrastructure program initiated at one time. The value of the consultancy contract U$562m to manage three of the six lines being built under the $23.5bn Riyadh Metro project by ArRiyadh Development Authority (ADA).

• Building and maintaining a network of industry partners, public authorities, government (local, national & international) and key decision who will help facilitate the successful build of the major rail project.

• Maintaining communication with external stakeholders and peers to remain knowledgeable about current industry precedents and practices and to look for ways to work cooperatively towards common goals.

• Support and design reviews of stations, infrastructure, and attending contractors meetings with Civil Defense.

• Ensure construction solutions and delivery complies with clients legislative requirements for health, personal safety, product safety and environmental protection.

• Chair 2 stakeholder meetings each week with consultants and contractors teams to follow up and resolve stakeholder complaints, issues, comments and contractors violations.
