BRAKE CHAMBER.,

An service brake chamber contains a flexible rubber disc called a diaphragm, a metal rod called a push rod and are turn spring. When you press the brake pedal, compressed air fills the service brake chamber, Causing the diaphragm to move and push out the push rod to apply the Brake.

Spring brakes are not air applied like service brakes. They apply when air pressure leaves the brake chamber and release when air pressure builds up in the chamber. ... The portion nearest the pushrod end is the service brake section and it works in the same manner as a separately mounted service brake chamber.

Maintaining safety stock norms for all procured items based on the RPD, MOQ.

Conducting monthly perpetual inventory count to ensure that the SAP quantity matches the physical quantity

Monitoring SAP movements posting in all location.

Scrap accounting audit and reporting. Monitoring the scrap note posting with physical posting

Monitoring and Reconciliation of Import goods in transit.

Ensure that the MIGO process is completed within 2days of material receipt

Ensure the required co-ordination is with the QA team and vendor for clearing disputed/rejection items

Ensure that the responsible items inventory is tracked, monitored and controlled on daily basis
